Bankruptcy Advice

For bankruptcy advice I highly recommend that all those living in the UK, and even outside, should contact The Bankruptcy Advisory Service, which is run by Gill Hankey and other members, who genuinely care about your situation!

Bankruptcy Advice Expert!

Gill was awarded an MBE by the Queen in 2008 for all the work she had put in helping people who were verging on bankruptcy, up until then and which is on-going today.

She, and her colleagues are there for those who are struggling with the possibility of bankruptcy due to their inability to pay their debts. She is an amazing lady, who puts herself out to help others by ensuring that they are able to pay what they can afford to clear their debts, and move on with the rest of their lives.

For instance, in one particular case, she had a client with debts of £45,000. With the strategies that she applied, she managed to reduce this down to £4000, thus saving her client over £41,000. That was just one client alone. No doubt there are many people in the UK, very grateful for all the services that she gives in their hour of financial need.

On the website, she makes some pertinent statements with regard to how the banks and building societies manage their business and points out that, regardless, of the fact that they have made disastrous errors, leaving a trail of devastation in their wake, they did not lose their positions.

(Whereas, from my own information, independent small business owners are often at the mercy of the banks bullying tactics.)

A Debt Relief Order was brought into effect in April 2010. This DSO is only applicable for those with debt of £15,000, no more than £300 in assets plus with disposable income of £50.00 maximum, each month. However, there are still some issues to be addressed with the DSO.

You would need bankruptcy advice, to know that fact alone and how it would apply to you!

With regard to debt management plans, Gill goes on to point out that she is concerned with the fact that some debt management companies are unwilling to deal with clients, who may already have had bankruptcy advice from other debt management companies. We have to wonder whether the debt management companies are more concerned about the fees rather than they are about helping their potential clients to structure their finances, once and for all.
